Amazing shoes but...

Amazing shoes, they are now my daily shoes and I don't say this lightly. It took me a really long time to find the perfect pair of running shoes, and trust me I have looked at every brand that carries large sizes. I am a US14 and these fit perfectly. BUT ALTRA's Customer Service is crappy! I had to chase them for days before I could initiate a return, this was a tedious an painful process. That is solely the reason why I will not recommend buying Altra till they fix their Customer Service support. I was very disappointed with that.
